Week 4 Thoughts

Week 4 Thoughts

I can’t explain how excited I am that we came into this bye week at 3-0! We have made major strides through this short stint of the season and I am pumped to keep everything heading in the right direction. As usual, Who Dey Nation created an awesome atmosphere to play in front of last Sunday. All of you have been a big part of this team’s success and we can’t thank you enough for your support. This bye week will be a great time for some of our banged up guys to recover and return to full health in time to take on a talented Patriots team next Sunday.

There will be a few things to address this off week that we noticed in the film Monday. We played a great game last week, but we realize that we still need to continually improve in all aspects of our offensive attack. Andy has been doing a great job of keeping this unit moving in the right direction. He is spreading the ball well, and helping us maintain a balanced attack. In addition to his high level of quarterback play – the man can catch too!

Once again, our defense did an amazing job of controlling the line and limiting Tennessee from affectively executing their game plan. These guys are the reason we have been playing so well offensively. They bounce around and cause a lot of 3 and outs that allow us to get back on the field quickly. This unit has been fun to watch and will only continue to improve as we progress through the season. They have proven to be a big part of what makes this team successful.

Personally, I am excited to spend this bye week with my father in Fort Lauderdale, FL. There is no better feeling than returning home to relax and spend time with family and friends. I hope Who Dey Nation enjoys this bye week and I look forward to getting back on the field!
