Grit and Determination

Grit and Determination

We all knew that Sunday night was going to be a difficult matchup. Chicago has a strong defense and an offense that has been doing some good things. We definitely felt that it was a game we should have had though. Despite the loss, I like the grit and determination we showed. Nobody quit. Nobody gave up. We fought until the end. It just didn’t end the way we wanted.

We still got a shot at the division and we definitely are in the mix for a playoff spot. We will learn from this game and use what we learned the rest of the way. Our next game is another tough divisional rivalry.

Both squads are hungry for a win to remain in the playoff hunt so we already know it’s going to be a battle. The Packers and Rodgers are going to bring their ‘A’ game. After the tie earlier this year, the will to win will be high.

We have to make a statement.

Our defense has a tough task ahead with Rodgers and that offense but they’ll get it done. I know they’ll be up to the task. As for us, we just have to come out firing early. If we can come out hot, it makes it that much easier for everyone.

We’ll be ready.
