Gronk Wins Nickelodeon's 'Kids’ Choice Sports' Award for Biggest Powerhouse

Gronk Wins Nickelodeon's 'Kids’ Choice Sports' Award for Biggest Powerhouse

We all know that Gronk is force to be reckoned with both on and off the field -- but now it's official.

The big fella won Nickelodeon's "Kids’ Choice Sports" award for the Biggest Powerhouse in Sports on Thursday.

According to the official description from network, "This award honors those players that are an undeniable force on the field, court and in the ring. Like a freight train or a Mack Truck, these athletes have so much power in their play that they cannot be stopped.

"They are the power forwards that slam dunk with such force they can shatter a backboard, the football players that move with such power that it takes an entire team to stop them and the MMA fighter that is unstoppable in the ring."

Yep, that definitely sounds like someone we know ...

Gronk didn't make it to this year's slime-filled awards in Santa Monica, California, but he got VERY messy for "Kids' Choice Sports" a couple of years ago when he beat then-host Russell Wilson on the Smash Mountain Challenge.

And THEN beat Wilson's wife Ciara in an epic dance off.

Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul hosted the 2018 "Kids’ Choice Sports" awards, with former Patriots tight end Martellus Bennett and Boston Celtics fan favorite Isaiah Thomas joining him on the orange carpet.

Other huge names in attendence were Aaron Rodgers, Danica Patrick, Michael Phelps, Russell Wilson, Ronda Rousey and Travis Kelce.
